I was in a softball game with some friends and I guess I ran a little too fast to first base. I tore my left hamstring. The pain was excruciating, and I could barely move. My doctor said go to Glens Falls Center. They’ll take care of you, he said.

Wow, was he on the money! The Glens Falls Center team dealt with the injury and they dealt with the pain. And they did it all with a smile: They have a great attitude, and believe me, it helps with the healing.

In just ten days I was back on my feet—and back home. I know two things: 1. If I need rehab, go to Glens Falls Center. 2. If I’m running to first base, don’t go too fast!
